HEADleave‘s latest single release is a multi-faceted journey to a distant future and to the fantastic realms of exomoon LV-426. Some of you may already have realised that this expedition leads into the universe of James Cameron‘s film Alien from 1986. This impressive hommage to the legendary work of science fiction works on multiple levels. Firstly, there is the music: dark and heavy synthwave with retrofuturistic industrial motifs creates a cinematic and dystopian soundscape. Secondly, the amazing music video is a beautiful alloy of the origial film, contemporary pop culture, and fandom. And finally, there is that deep and gloomy mood that is all around which draws a golden line from 1986 to 2025 and far into an unknown future.
