When popular people vouch for progressive ideas, they instantly become a global punching bag for alt-right, conservative, neck-beard hate trolls. An artist who has frequently been targeted by the army of the internet cavemen is Taylor Swift, and therefore Minneapolis-based singer and songwriter Mary Strand decided to release a song in which she praises Taylor for her engagement. The track For All Of Us (Dear Taylor) is less than three minutes long but a powerful and catchy handcrafted Garage Rock anthem. You certainly do not need to be a Swiftie to celebrate this hymnic song, but it might help as well. And if you enjoy this honest classic sound, you will be happy to learn that For All Of Us (Dear Taylor) will also be featured on Mary Strand’s upcoming album which will be out in Summer 2025.
