To understand the world around us, we sometimes have to escape from it. Ludlow Creek from Dayton, Ohio undertook a journey to The Catacombs of French capital Paris. Far beneath the vibrant metropolis, a bizarre parallel world reveals itself. Here lie the bones of more than six million people. And the way they are buried here, they are all equal. Rich and poor, good and evil, they all look alike when only bones remain. Ludlow Creek have ascended from this Necropolis, and they have taken an inspiration from there. The song Catacombs addresses the strange but unique atmosphere of The Catacombs. Powered by a sledge hammer of a rhythm, and in cooperation with lyricist Ray Monell, Ludlow Creek have hereby forged a cinematic Americana track that raises the anticipation for the upcoming longplayer.
