Her song Stir crazy is a sober and resolute confrontation of those who manipulate, use and abuse others in periods of weakness. This empowering tune will be featured on Melanie Pierce’s upcoming EP.

Earthblood – Primal Fury

Joel, Jere and Niko from Finland’s Espoo create the sound of a thundering monkey in a frenzy. The trio was founded earlier this year and has now released their four-track EP Primal Fury via Inverse Records. For almost twenty minutes, Earthblood merge styles, and let the brachiality of Thrash and Death Metal clash with the sonorous force of Sludge and Doom. Although it appears as if there are still at the beginning of finding their own sound, Earthblood already provide heavy entertainment.

It is said that the pen was mightier than the sword, but gradually the pen has been superseded by the keyboard or the touchpad. And now that human interaction has been relocated to the digital sphere, the violence fo the sword seems to have returned. Do we live and die by crude weapons again or do we find a w way out of this spiral of hate? pMad may not find a solution to these issues, but the Irish musician provides a great soundscape to search an answer to.
