With her debut single Fucking Around, Wollongong’s Franxie does not only undertake a solid step into the world of independent music. The Australian artist also deals with the issue of taking the right steps in the lyrics. Fucking Around is a song about procrastination, about walking endless circles within one’s comfort zone, and about taking some wrong turn here. But Franxie‘s gentle and catchy indie folk ballad is not a song about resignation or desolation at all.
