New South Wales’ indie rock band Little Quirks are about to publish their album She’s Wild. And the new single Game Boy triggers plenty of anticipatory excitement for this longplayer to be released. It is a song about a romantic affair, and it is told by the person who figures out something is not right about this relationship. All the little gifts, all the attention do not seem quite right. It seems as if the other person is being manipulative, and playing with their lover’s feelings; like with a Game Boy! Little Quirks wrap this little up in energetic indie and pop punk. And for your watching pleasure, they created a beautiful music video in the style of vintage jump’n’run action.
