London’s Adam Wedd is a truly passionate and down-to-earth musician who knows both, the elation of entertaining many people on stage, and the downsides such as getting in trouble with German police for sleeping in an elevator between shows. These examples may not always work as a reference, but they can explain why the artist produces a sound that is full of resoluteness on the one hand, yet gentle and calm on the other.
In preparation of his new EP to come in later 2024, Adam Wedd has released a deeply emotional song between Christmas and New Year. The bittersweet Indie Folk Pop tune pink dinosaurs deals with a divorced father whose children are about to stay with him. Joy and pain are settled close to each other in these stunning 164 seconds.
