The world we live in is loud, rough, merciless, and often cold. In such an unpleasant environment, the sensitive soul yearns for comfort, healing, and recovery. One of those spheres where noise, hectic action, and restlessness are omnipresent are the gorgeous shores of Greece. Unfortunately, mass tourism and mainstream party culture have transformed many of the beautiful coastal sites into a sunny precipice of hell. But oases are located amidst the most merciless deserts, and thus, a haven of salutogenesis and real recovery can be found between all the buzz and noise: The Nagual Beach Bar. It was here, where musicians from Greece and from Germany came together, discovered their shared love for honest independent music, and consequently formed a band. The band’s name derives from the phenomenon the members experienced when they found shelter from the chaos around. This is the Nagual Effect.

The sound of The Nagual Effect is a deep and dreamy reflection of what The Nagual Beach Bar offers their guests. Musical-wise, located between dream rock, indie pop, neo psychedelia, or shoegaze, The Nagual Effect create an atmospheric dreamscape.
