There are many ways of Split EPs, but the one on hand might belong to the most beautiful kind. The idea is simple: two artists record one song each that was originally written by the other. In this case, Norwegian Folk musician Frøkedal played ‚I, Vanish‘ which was originally recorded by Post Metal band Sâver and released on their EP „They came with Sunlight„. Vice-versa, the band re-interpreted Frøkedal’s song ‚Shot-Put‘ off her album „Flora„. The extravagant and deeply satisfying musical convergence has been released by Pelagic Records.
