The Nasty Neighbours‚ second longplayer begins with the spooky intro Nasty Ride. And these forty seconds are the ideal introduction to the following journey as the listeners can vividly imagine taking a seat in a ghost train. Once the waggons have started to move there is no return. Horrorísimo is an entertaining and thrilling ride through the dimensions. The German-Argentinen quartet takes their audience on a journey to the aesthetics of 1970s‘ horror films while performing a body-moving and colourful mix of glam, surf, punk, and rock’n’roll.

Hunting Shadows and Fears

After previous album Nastysimo!, Horrorísimo!! is the second part of the -ísimo trilogy. Thus, the next album title will probably be written with three exclamation marks. The album tells the story of vocalist and keyboarder Karina Kaos who is looking for the cause of a threat. Chasing shadows and voices, encoutering horror and fear, her journey leads over reckless rides and makes her meet famous creatures such as Frankenstein. From witches over zombies to ghosts, the trail leads into a haunted house where the Creepy Organ may reveal the secret of the curse’s origin.

This beautiful horror show is performed with the easiness of rock’n’roll and surf rock, the snotty energy of punk rock, and the glittering elegance of glam rock. Nasty Neighbours tell their spooky tale in Spanish, English, German and French, and they keep the level entertainment on a constant high. Horrorísimo!! is a coherent collection of banger tracks for your next spooky party.
