Lost In GoHo

There is a puddle on the dirty street and the twilight’s reflection looks gorgeous in this mix of water, sweat, beer, and given up dreams. A shady creature greets you with their big cowboy head. The street is getting busy, and you know staying here could be fatal. But getting back on the road might also be dangerous. You are in GoHo, Nuremberg’s infamous district of Gostenhof. The air smells of adventure, danger, and temptation. Might as well give in since we all know There’s A Curse On The Land.

Schäuferla Western

The GoHo Hobos are a five-piece band from the Middle Franconian metropolis region. Five veterans of blues, folk, and americana who have traveled thousands of miles, and have witnessed tons of tales over the course of their ongoing journeys. There’s A Curse On The Land is the quintet’s first longplayer although they have been active for over ten years by now. You can consider this album a collection of stories from the life on the road, a travel dictionary anthology. This is pub rock for vagabounds, spaghetti western made in Franconia.

Wanderlust on Wax

There’s A Curse On The Land is a collection of cinematic tues that reach from folk to blues, from noir to high noon, from the campsite to the pub and back onto the road. The GoHo Hobos present a sound that is restless, wanderlusty, passionate, and resilient. This is not only the soundtrack for those who celebrate through the night, but also for those who get up the next morning, pack their bags, and stray on to the next town.
